摘要:

锗是一种极为重要的金属资源,已被列为中国的战略储备矿种,准确测定锗含量具有十分重要的现实意义。多金属矿中重金属、硫等元素含量较高,传统方法测定锗有一定的难度。文章通过比较前人测定锗元素的方案优缺点提出改进方案,结合碱熔-离子交换树脂分离,等离子质谱法测定多金属矿中锗的测定方法,方法的检出限、精密度等实验结果表明完全满足日常分析要求。

Abstract:

Germaninm is an extremely important metal resource and has been listed as a strategic reserve mineral in China. It is important to accurately determine the content of Germaninm. The heavy metals and sulfur in polymetallic ore is prevent from determineing the Germanium by traditional methods. In this paper, the improvement schemes for the determination of Germanium elements are compared. The method for the determination of Germanium in polymetallic ore by ICP-MS combined with alkali fusion-ion exchange resin is proposed. The detection limits and precision of the method are obtained. The experimental result indicates that it meets the requirements of daily analysis.
