摘要： 文章指出在倡导"以德为先"的大学生培养中,高校的思想政治理论课显然尤为重要,然而在现实的教学中却存在一些问题,直接影响到教学效果、教学目标的实现,所以分析其存在的问题及对策意义重大.

Abstract: The article points out obviously it is important to advance and "put moral values in the first place"during the cultivation of college ideological and political theory class ,but in the reality of teaching ,there are some problems,which directly affect the teaching effect,and teaching goals.So it is great important to analyze the existing problems and countermeasures.
