摘要： 在通信行业面临成本竞争的环境下，结构件的焊接加工成本凸显，文章针对通信设备减少焊接打磨工艺的强烈需求，通过弯角成型工艺解决了门板、托盘类零件折弯后焊接、打磨等工艺带来的费时费劲以及噪音和粉尘严重影响加工人员健康的情况。弯角成型工艺是一种强度好、效率高的钣金加工方法。

Abstract: With the communication equipment facing cost competition, the cost of welding and processing of structural parts are becoming obvious. This paper, aiming at the strong need of communication equipment to decrease welding and polishing, solves the problems of time-consuming effort, noise and dust seriously affecting the health condition of processing workers, which result from welding and polishing after components including door plank and tray parts being bent, through corner forming technology. The corner forming technology is a kind of sheet metal fabrication of the high intensity and efficiency.
