摘要: 文章主要介绍了碳纤维的表面处理方法以及碳纤维增强热塑性塑料的应用情况。碳纤维的表面处理方法主要有氧化、表面涂层以及超声波处理等。表面处理的作用:(1)在纤维表面形成微孔或沟槽,从石墨结构改性成碳状结构以提高表面活性、增加表面能;(2)引进具有极性或反应性官能团;(3)形成能与树脂起作用的中间层。表面处理的目的是提高碳纤维与塑料的相容性。碳纤维增强热塑性工程塑料主要应用于附加值较高的领域,如航空航天、体育用品、电子产品等。

Abstract: A brief review of surface treatment of carbon fiber is presented in this paper. In addition, the paper introduced the application of carbon fiber/thermoplastics composites. The surface treatments of carbon fiber mainly include oxidation, surface coating and ultrasonic treatment. The effects of surface treatment:(1)To form microporous or groove on the surface of fibers, and the graphite structure is modified to form a carbon structure to improve the surface activity and increase the surface energy; (2)To introduce polar or reactive functional groups; (3)To form intermediate layer capable of acting with resin. The purpose of surface treatment is to improve the compatibility between carbon fiber and plastics. Carbon fiber/thermoplastic engineering plasticsare mainly applied to the fields of high added value, such as aerospace, sports products, electronic products, etc.
