摘要： 经济的高速增长给企业带来了众多发展机会，但是低下的项目管理水平正在制约着企业的经营效益的增长。文章依据项目管理的相关知识，结合工作实际和具体案例，介绍了如何高效地进行施工成本管理。

Abstract: The rapid growth of the economy has brought many opportunities for the development of enterprises, but the low level of project management is restricting the growth of enterprise profits. Based on the relevant knowledge of project management, combining with the actual situation and specific cases, this paper introduces how to carry out construction cost management effectively.
