摘要： 绿色施工是以节能、节水、节材、节地和环境保护为目标，避免传统建筑施工高消耗、高污染的缺点，顺应可持续发展号召而产生的全新施工理念。但在我国当前的工程实践中尚不成熟，其推行发展受到阻碍。文章基于某市游泳馆项目的工程实例，分析LEED评价对绿色施工管理的指导作用，为我国绿色施工管理的发展提供可行参考。

Abstract: Green construction sets conservation of energy, water, materials, land and environmental protection as objectives, which is a brand new construction concept generated from the call of sustainable development, so as to avoid deficiencies of traditional building construction, such as high consumption and high pollution. But the current engineering practice is not mature enough yet in our country. Thus, its implementation and development is impeded. This paper analyzes LEED evaluation that gives guidance to green construction management based on the case study of a natatorium project, in order to provide a viable reference for the development of China's green construction management.
