摘要： 文章在开展国开导学教师的培训和交流学习的基础上，借助调研数据和相关文献，基本了解电大导学教师的工作现状，构建科学的开放教育导学教师管理体制和运行模式，深度探索导学教师在国家开放大学远程教学过程中的作用，旨在对开放教育导学教师的工作定位和基本思路、导学教师的管理机制及存在的问题进行分析。

Abstract: Based on teachers’ training and exchange of learning, with some research data and related literature, the paper gets a basic understanding of TV university tutors, aiming to construct a scientific open education guiding teachers’ management system and operation mode. This paper tries analyze the basic thought of guiding teacher management mechanism.
