摘要： 高职涉农专业女生就业中面临着与社会、家庭、用人单位等方方面面的矛盾和冲突，这些冲突可以通过农业职业价值观的培育、高职教育发展平台的完善、创业能力的培养、相关法律法规的健全等方法来调和。文章对高职涉农专业女生就业突出矛盾与调和对策进行了分析。

Abstract: When the agriculture-related alumnae from higher vocational colleges get a job, they face with lots of contradiction and conflict from the society, the family, the enterprise and so on. We can mediate the contradiction through fostering the students’ occupational values of agriculture, we also can raise their entrepreneurial ability, and perfect the education system of higher vocational colleges and perfect the interrelated law. This paper analyzes on the typical contradiction of and the way to mediate mediate the situation on agriculture-related alumnae from higher vocational colleges.
