摘要： 文章结合新疆某研究型医院国家自然科学基金项目申报过程中管理实践经验，系统分析了近年来项目申报过程存在的共性问题，提出提升项目申报管理水平的对策研究，为相关部门及项目申报人提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Combining with a research-oriented hospital’ management experience of National Natural Science Fund project reporting process in Xinjiang, we systematically analyze project reporting common problems existing in the process in recent years, and the paper tries to promote the project to declare the countermeasures of management level, aiming at providing reference for the relevant departments and project declaration.
