摘要： 在大数据时代背景下，信息检索工作如何发展以应对大数据带来的机遇和挑战，是摆在信息检索工作者面前一个亟待解决的问题，文章分析了大数据时代信息资源特点和检索工作特点，然后讨论了在此环境下开展信息增值检索工作的案例，提出要对大量的、多渠道的、内容广泛的知识进行挖掘分析，以提高检索工作的水平和效率。

Abstract: Under the background of the era of big data, the information retrieval workers face an urgent problem, which is how to develop the information retrieval work in order to cope with the opportunities and challenges that the big data brought to. This paper analyzes the information resources characteristics and retrieval characteristics in the era of big data, then discusses some value-added information retrieval cases, puts forward several suggestions like multi-channels, a wide range of knowledge of mining and analysis, aiming to improve the level and efficiency of information retrieval.
