摘要： 文章针对公司的设备存在维修过度或维修不足的问题，运用RCM（以可靠性为中心的维修）分析方法对机电设备制定维修策略，分析设备的故障模式并提出预防措施，提高设备的运行可靠性，降低维修费用和非计划停机时间。

Abstract: Due to the excessive or inadequate maintenance for equipment, the paper using RCM (Reliability centered maintenance) to study the equipment maintenance strategy, analyzes equipment failure and proposes preventive action to improve the equipment reliability, aiming to reduce maintenance cost and unplanned downtime.
