Abstract: With the progress of the times and economic development, the concept of beauty has been widely popular,“beauty economy” is becoming the fifth major consumer hot spot following real estate, automobile, electronic communications, tourism. But at the same time, the quality of its production causes more and more attention, so to prevent the contamination of cosmetics, to prevent foreign matter from mixing, to ensure the safety of consumers become an eternal topic. In order to achieve this goal, we need to learn from the basic requirements of drug GMP management, and gradually form a set of specialized management standards for the production of cosmetics, namely GMPC.
