摘要: 将原儿茶醛(PCA)作为“荧光淬灭剂”加入4-硼酸三苯胺(DPBA)溶液中,PCA的酚羟基与DPBA的硼羟基结合使DPBA分子中电子给体与受体之间的电子转移减弱,导致溶液荧光发生猝灭。文章总结了利用γ射线辐照混合溶液,在吸收剂量范围为890~5340Gy时,DPBA/PCA混合溶液的荧光强度随着吸收剂量的增大而增加,得出DPBA/PCA混合溶液荧光强度与吸收剂量的关系。

Abstract: To add protocatechuic aldehyde (PCA) as the fluorescence quencher to 4-(diphenylamino) phenylboronicacid (DPBA) solution, then the phenol hydroxyl of PCA combined with boron hydroxyl of DPBA which weakened electron transfer between electron acceptor and electron donor of DPBA to make fluorescence quenching. Using gamma rays irradiation mixture solution, the fluorescence intensity of DPBA/PCA mixed solution increased with the increase of absorbed dose in 890~5340Gy to acquire the relationship between DPBA/PCA mixed solution fluorescence intensity and the absorbed dose.
