摘要： FMEA（Failure Mode Effect Analysis）是大型汽车零部件生产型企业里面广泛使用的预防型质量工具，它的展开是FMEA主持人以会议的形式召集企业内部所有相关人员在一起，以系统的方式引导大家进行自由讨论，分析出产品生产过程中的潜在质量问题、失效原因、解决问题的措施，然后采取措施，最终目标就是在产品被生产出来之前将其可能发生的质量问题通过这些措施扼杀在摇篮之中，既降低了失效产品的生产成本，又降低了最终产品废品率、增加了客户的质量满意度。FMEA主持人的经验充足与否很大程度上地决定了FMEA过程的质量好坏，从而决定公司内外部的各项利益指标。文章对FMEA在生产制造型企业里的应用进行了研究。

Abstract: FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) is the most frequently used preventive quality method in auto components’ production process of big companies . FMEA is leaded by the FMEA moderator via systematic method inside the team consisting of all relevant colleagues who are responsible for the part's quality. The whole process is to analyze the parts’ potential failures, the failure causes and relative preventive actions controlling and eliminating these failures during their production process. This whole analyzing process will help to decrease the failure production cost and increase the parts pass percentage and customer satisfaction. In a word, the experience of FMEA moderator is a key factor which decides the quality of the FMEA process and the benefit indicator inside and outside the production company. This paper researches on FMEA application in production companies.
