摘要: 目的:探讨SGLT2抑制剂类似化合物对ICR小鼠的口服糖耐量影响。方法:对正常ICR小鼠灌胃SGLT2抑制剂类似化合物pc-046低、中、高剂量进行血糖耐量实验,使用达格列净作为阳性对照。结果:与正常对照组比较,中、高剂量组的PC-046对餐后30min和60min血糖的影响具有显著差异。结论:SGLT2抑制剂类似化合物PC-046对小鼠的糖耐量有显著改善,使餐后血糖峰值及血糖值降低,为开发出新一代治疗糖尿病药物提供理论支撑。

Abstract: Objective: to explore the effect of sodium-dependent glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) compounds on glucose tolerance in mice. Methods: glucose tolerance was determined in common mice fed different concentrations of PC-046 once with dapagliflozin as a positive control. Results: compared with the control group, the glucose level has significant difference in the medium and high dose group of PC-046 for 30 min and 60 min with the control group after the meals. Conclusion: the blood sugar tolerance in normal mice treated with sodium-dependent glucose cotransporter 2 compounds has an obvious improvement. It could lower the level of blood glucose and the peak of the blood glucose. May be it can be used for the discovery of new generation diabetes drugs.
