摘要： 近年来，医疗器械产业作为常州市重点培育和扶持的战略性新兴产业，发展态势良好。文章全面梳理了常州医疗器械产业及专利现状，分析其存在的问题与不足，从专利申请、专利实施、专利防御等角度提出可能采取的专利策略，给出防范产业专利风险应采取的措施。

Abstract: In recent years, the medical device industry as the strategic emerging industry of Changzhou, gains a good development momentum. This paper comprehensively reviews the status of Changzhou medical device industry and its patent status quo, and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies. The paper from the aspects of patent application, patent implementation, patent defense and other angles, puts forward measures to prevent industrial patent risk.
