摘要： 文章结合国家提出的“内涵式发展”“一流大学和一流学科建设”等重点热点，对高校“十三五”期间的大学校园建设规划提出了几点思考。

Abstract: Combining with some hotspots like connotative development and first-class university and the first-class discipline construction, the paper offers some thoughts on university campus planning and construction during the “13th Five-Year Plan”period.
