摘要: 文章分析了当前我国高职院校行政管理人员聘用制组织管理的相关问题,为岗位聘任制改革背景下高职院校行政人员的组织管理提供意见。其次,文章通过分析认为,当前我国高职院校行政管理改革工作已经全面开展,取得了一定的积极效果,但还面临着内部管理不健全、保障制度不完善等多种问题。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current issues related to the administration of the engagement system in vocational colleges for the administrative staff of higher vocational colleges, aiming to provide advice for the organizational management of the administrative staff in higher vocational colleges under the post engagement system reform background. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of administration reforming in vocational colleges of China, and finds out that it has achieved some positive results, but also facing unsound internal managements, imperfect security systems and many other issues.
