疏风止痛胶囊中白芷中有效成分的质量标准研究

Research on Quality Standard of Effective Components in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae of Shufeng Zhitong Capsule

摘要： 文章旨在采用薄层色谱法（TLC），以白芷对照药材、欧前胡素对照品和异欧前胡素对照品为参照物，鉴别疏风止痛胶囊中白芷，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定疏风止痛胶囊中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。采用了硅胶G薄层板上，以甲苯-乙酸乙酯（10∶1）为展开剂，紫外光灯（365nm）下检视的方式，考察了不同的提取方法、展开条件，最终确定薄层色谱鉴别方法。并得出结论：建立的薄层色谱鉴别方法易操作、效率高，专属性强；建立的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量测定方法准确性高、可操作性强、重复性好，2种方法共同有效地对疏风止痛胶囊中白芷的质量进行控制。

Abstract: Taking Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, imperatorin and isoimperatorin as references, the paper identifies radix Angelicae Dahuricae of Shufeng Zhitong Capsule, through thin-layer chromatography (TLC), and determines imperatorin and isoimperatorin in the capsule through high performance liquid chromatography method (HPLC). Using precoated G plate. Developing solvent was Toluene-ethyl acetate (10∶1). Chromatographic spots were observed under ultraviolet light (365nm). The paper concludes that the TLC identification method is of easy operation, high efficiency, strong specificity. The determination method of imperatorin and isoimperatorin content is of high accuracy, strong operability, good repeatability. The two methods together are used for the Radix Angelicae Dahuricae quality control of Shufeng Zhitong capsule effectively.
