摘要： 培养一支高素质的青年科技人才队伍是实施“科教兴院、人才强院”战略的关键，文章结合连云港市第一人民医院实际情况，围绕2010-2015年“院青年英才基金”培养计划的指导思想、立项原则、推进措施、初步成效4方面，总结探讨了该院在青年科技人才培养的经验和教训以指导下阶段工作。

Abstract: Training qualified young talents is the key to carry out the strategy of developing hospital by science, education and talents, combing The First People's Hospital of Lianyungang City's current situation according to the guiding concept, principle, implementing measures and primary effect of The Youth Talents Fund, the paper summarizes the experience of youth talents cultivation in the hospital, aiming to supevising the work in next stage.
