民办高职院校就业工作的难点与应对

摘要： 随着我国社会经济的不断发展以及就业形势的千变万化，民办高职院校就业工作直接影响着民办高职院校的生存和持续稳定发展，也成为民办高职院校树立办学方向的重要参考依据。但由于民办高职院校的就业指导工作相对来说起步较晚，并且就业形势的不断变化给民办高职院校的就业工作带来了新的挑战，这使得民办高职院校的就业工作面临着一系列问题。文章以南京正德职业技术学院为例，分析了民办高职院校就业工作的主要难点问题，并提出了相应的解决思路，旨在提高民办高职院校的就业质量，改善我国高校的就业形势。

Abstract: With the continuous development of our social economy and changing employment situations, students' employment in vocational colleges directly affects the survival and steady development of private vocational colleges, which also become the reference basis of private vocational colleges' running orientation. However, the employment guidance in private vocational colleges started relatively late, and the changing employment situation brings new challenges to the colleges, as a result, students in private vocational colleges are facing a series of employment problems. The paper taking Zhengde Polytechnic as an example, analyzes main difficult problems of students' employment in private vocational colleges and puts forword related solutions aiming to promote students' employment quality in private vocational colleges and improve employment situation in colleges of China.
