摘要: 目前,政务微博已经成为政府和官民互动沟通的重要平台,为塑造政府形象起到了良好的作用。但同时由于网络自身的开放、隐蔽、虚拟等特点,政务微博也会产生出一些对政府形象负面影响的问题。因此,文章提出政务微博塑造良好政府形象的相关建议,包括明确政务微博定位,建立专业团队运营维护,制定舆情应急措施,改进评估机制等。

Abstract: At present, government affairs micro-blog has become an important communication platform between government and the public. And it benefits the government image. However, government affairs micro-blog also produces some negative influences in this facet because of its secluded virtual and open characteristics. Thus, the author make some proposals in this article, for example, defining government micro-blog’s position, establishing a professional team to operate it, designing emergency measures of public opinion and improving evaluation mechanism and so on.
