摘要： 我国税务师事务所起步发展较晚，税务师事务所内部管理还处于逐步完善的阶段。税务师事务所的业务几乎都与我国税务有关，因此税务师事务所的财务管理直接影响着其业务处理能力。有效的财务管理不仅能够加强事务所的内部管理，也为其自身发展奠定了良好的基础。文章主要讨论当前税务师事务所应该如何加强自身的财务管理，提升本事务所的行业竞争力，以争取到更大的发展。

Abstract: The development of tax agency started relatively late in our country ,and its internal management is still in the stage of gradual improvement. Almost all of the business is related to our county’s tax.Therefore,the financial management of the tax agency directly affects its business processing ability.The effective financial management can not only strengthen the internal management of the firm ,but also lay a good foundation for its own development. In this paper,we mainly discusses how the tax office should strengthen their financial management in the current,and how to enhance its competitiveness of the industry in order to gain greater development.
