摘要： 文章以五老村街道"社会妈妈关爱团"为例,探讨打造社区关爱载体,帮助特殊青少年群体从根本上走出困境,具备终生发展潜力的路径.

Abstract: Taking the Nonbiological Mothers Organization in Wulaocun Street as an example ,the paper explores issues about community care carrier building and tries to help those special adolesence out of troubles and guarantee them with life-long developing potential.
