摘要： 随着建筑市场竞争的日益激烈，提高工程造价管理水平已经成为众多建筑企业的重要工作。在建筑工程建设当中，施工是工程建设中十分重要的环节，此阶段的造价也占据整个工程造价的绝大部分，因此，作好施工阶段的工程造价管理尤为重要。文章分析了施工阶段工程造价管理的内容，并提出相应措施，以保证建筑企业经济效益。

Abstract: With the increasing competition in construction market ,improving the level of engineering cost management has become an important tasks for many construction enterprises. At the stage of engineering construction,the construction is very important link in engineering construction,the cost of this phase also occupies most of the engineering cost,therefore,completing the construction phase of the engineering cost management is particularly important. The paper analyzes the content of the construction engineering cost management ,and puts forward corresponding measures, in order to ensure the construction enterprise economic benefits.
