农村土地承包经营权中地块面积图解法与实测法对比分析

摘要： 文章以1∶1000的数字正射影像图为例，研究分析承包地块面积获取的两种方法，即图解法与实测法的优劣。实例分析表明图解法在工作底图清晰的基础上进行调绘可以节省大量的财力、人力及仪器设备的投入；而实测法可获得承包地块准确的界址点、界址线信息，同时解决零碎地块或历史疑难地块图解不准确的问题，但其相应的财力、人力及仪器设备的投入比重增加很多。

Abstract: This paper takes the 1∶1000 Digital Orthophoto Map for example,studies two methods of measure and diagram in land contracted management right.Data analysis shows that diagram method based on working map cleraly can save financial resources,manpower and equipment investment.However the measurement method can obtain accurate boundary points,land boundary line information,and solve the problem of inaccurate fragmented plots or difficult history block diagram solution ,but the measurement method increases the corresponding financial manpower and equipment investment necessary.
