摘要： 文章根据江苏某省属高校优势学科一期建设工程实施情况，计算某校优势学科建设工程各学科专项资金支出比例情况。文章比较、分析计算数据结果，和优势学科实施过程中呈现出的一些现象，总结出优势学科实施过程中存在的一些问题，最后提出相应的解决建议。

Abstract: According to the implementation of advantageous disciplinary construction project of Jiangsu universities, the paper makes an analysis on the special fund. Combining the data comparison and the phenomenon during the process,the paper sums up the problems existing in the construction project. At last,the paper makes recommendations on the issue.
