摘要: 医学院校护理专业的临床护理实习是高校学习期间的一个重要阶段,是积累经验、理论转换为实际的必经阶段,是理论知识临床应用的关键。文章通过实验对比的方法,验证分层次护理带教方法相对于传统护理临床带教方法具有优势,在护生临床护理带教中具有广泛推广应用的价值和意义。

Abstract: Nursing clinical is an important stage during the study in colleges,is necessary experience of realizing theory into actual necessary step ,is the key to the clinical application of theoretical knowledge. Through experimental comparison of methods to verify the different levels of care equivalent to the traditional teaching methods of clinical nursing teaching method has obvious advantages,has broad application of the value and significance of nursing students in clinical nursing teaching.
