退圩还湖对白马湖水生态文明建设的影响

摘要： 白马湖地处宝应、淮安、洪泽、金湖交界处，是淮安市第二水源地。白马湖退圩（围）还湖，湖底清淤，生态修复工程整体提升了白马湖地区的防洪滞涝能力，改善了白马湖的水生态环境，保障了水源地的水质安全，为白马湖及其周边地区的生态旅游开发奠定良好的基础。文章具体分析了退圩还湖对白马湖水生态文明建设的影响。

Abstract: White Horse Lake is located in the junction of Baoying,Huaian,Hongze,Jinhu,which is the second water source to Huaian.White Horse Lake is expected to improve the flood control and waterlogging lag ability by restoring lakes from diked areas,dredging lake and ecological restoration project,which can also better the water ecological environment of the White Horse Lake,ensure the water quality safety of the water source and lay a good foundation for the ecotourism development of White Horse Lake and its surrounding areas.
