关于江苏新购大型科学仪器设备联合评议的思考与建议

摘要： 江苏拥有丰富的大型科学仪器设备资源，但在其开放共享过程中还存在一定的问题，重复购置现象时有发生。新购仪器联合评议工作是从源头控制大型科学仪器设备的重复购置，可促进存量资源和新增资源的系统集成与高效利用。文章通过分析江苏省开展大型科学仪器设备联合评议的意义、现状与成效，指出了存在的问题，提出促进江苏省省级新购大型科学仪器设备联合评议工作的建议。

Abstract: Jiangsu has abundant resources of large scientific instruments and equipments ,but there are still some problems in the process of opening and sharing, repeated purchase phenomena have occurred.The purchase of new equipments joint deliberation is from the source control of large scientific instruments and equipments of the repeat purchase, to promote the stock of resources and new resources and efficient use of system integration.Through analyzing the significance, status and effectiveness,the paper carry out joint review of large scientific instruments and equipments in our province, points out the existing problems, put forward to promote Jiangsu provincial council purchased large scientific instruments and equipments work advice.
