摘要:

人工智能是国家高度重视的战略性技术,目前在教育、医疗、城市运行等领域广泛运用,其相关应用程序也已深入社会生活的方方面面。抖音短视频是当下广受欢迎的基于人工智能技术的短视频拍摄和分享平台,在知识类视频传播与普及方面取得了成功。以信息化为显著特征的开放教育,可以参照抖音短视频的设计和思路,在人工智能的支持下,对开放教育课程推送、知识传播、实践教学等方面进行创新,从而实现开放教育灵活、优质、开放、便捷的办学理念。

Abstract:

Artificial intelligence is an important strategic technology, which has been widely used in education, medical care, urban operation and many other fields. The applications of artificial intelligence have been come into every aspect of daily life. Douyin APP, a popular Chinese video-sharing application for creating and sharing short videos, which is supported by artificial intelligence, is doing well in knowledge spreading. Open education, which is characterized by informatization, may take the design of Douyin APP as an example to innovate in curriculum pushing, knowledge spreading and practical teaching with technical support of artificial intelligence, in order to deliver the ideas of open education that are flexible, high quality, open and convenient.
