摘要： 冠心病是临床常见多发疾病，病人大多伴有心律失常的症状，在临床诊断与治疗中常以心电图作为有效检测手段。文章以临床试验对比的方式，通过对本院冠心病患者进行动态心电图检测与常规心电图检测，并对比分析检查结果，以此来验证动态心电图在冠心病患者心律失常诊断中的临床意义与价值。

Abstract: Coronary heart disease is common clinical disease ,most patients with symptoms of arrhythmia in the clinical diagnosis and treatment often electrocardiogram as an effective means of detection. In this paper ,clinical trials compare the way through for hospital patients with coronary artery disease detection and Holter ECG testing, and comparative analysis of the test results, in order to verify Holter in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease in patients with cardiac arrhythmias The clinical significance and value.
