摘要:

随着全球沿海城市和风景区海面漂浮垃圾日益严重,各国政府都加强了对海漂垃圾回收的重视,在极力控制排放的同时如何采用合适的方法回收海洋漂浮垃圾已成为摆在人们面前的重大课题。目前,人工小船清理是采用最为广泛的方式,这种方式主要用来清理海漂垃圾相对集中的近海或内河,消耗能量较多,对于零散分布的海漂垃圾清理成本太高。文章研究了一种新型海漂垃圾智能化回收系统,包括船体、回收装置、垃圾拦截装置等,不仅用来处理近海垃圾,更适用于远海自动回收海漂垃圾,本系统的开发对海洋环境保护有着重要的实践意义。

Abstract:

With the more and more global coastal cities and scenic spots of floating garbage, the governments have intensified their attention to the reclamation of marine waste. While trying to control the discharge and how to adopt a suitable method to recyle marine waste has become a major issue. At present, the artificial boat cleaning is the most widely used way, and this method is mainly used to clean the relatively concentrated marine waste in the inshore or inland river. But it consumes more energy, and for the scattered distribution of marine waste, it need the higher cost. This paper develops a new intelligent recovery system of marine waste, including hulls, recovery devices and garbage interception devices. It is not only used to deal with the offshore garbage, but also suitable for the automatic recovery of marine waste. And the development of this system has the great practical significance for marine environmental protection.
