摘要： 随着地方科技项目评审数量的日益增多，建立合理、高效的科技项目评审流程尤为重要。文章通过对影响科技项目评审的最重要环节项目分组和专家选配过程进行分析，研究了项目分组及专家推荐模型，并对分别建立的模型进行了相似性匹配，得出了最终的项目分组及评审推荐专家。

Abstract: As the number of local science and technology project review is increasing, to establish a rational and efficient review process is particularly important. Through the analysis of the most important part of project grouping and expert matching process in the science and technology project review, the paper studies and constructs the model of project grouping and expert recommendation, and then matches two models and obtains the finally project grouping and reviewing experts.
