Research on the Synthesizing of 1-(4-Fluorophenyl) Ethanone Catalyzed by Metal Oxide Catalyst

摘要: 对氟苯乙酮是一种重要的化工、医药工业中间体.文章研究了氟苯在金属氧化物催化下,滴加乙酸酐发生Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应,生成对氟苯乙酮.适宜的反应条件为氟苯与催化剂三氧化二铁的摩尔比为1:0.1、氟苯与乙酸酐的摩尔比为2:1,反应温度为80℃下反应6h,对氟苯乙酮的收率达60.8%.

Abstract: 1-(4-Fluorophenyl) ethanone is an important intermediate of chemical and medical industry. In this article, 1-(4-Fluorophenyl) ethanone was synthesized by using Fluorobenzene and Acetic anhydride as the reactants ,Fe2O3 as the catalyst. The optical conditions were as follows:n(Fluorobenzene):n(Fe2O3 )=1:0.1,n(Fluorobenzene):n(Acetic anhydride)=2:1,the reaction temperature was 80℃ and the reaction time was 4h. The yield of 1-(4-Fluorophenyl) ethanone was 60.8%.
